Freebies

Dedicated guide for running the Amazon Freebie module. This mode will allow you to purchase discounted/free items on amazon.

Overview

The Freebie mode allows you to hunt for products that are either extremely discounted or entirely free.

When running Freebie tasks, you will not be able to enter a target ASIN/Offer ID. We scan hundreds of thousands of products to find price errors & discounts! Instead, you'll need to filter by a Minimum Discount Percent (the minimum % an item must be on sale by) and the Max Price of the item.

Keep in mind Freebie purchases are usually totally useless items like chargers, blankets, pencils, and more. You're never going to get a $6.99 PS5! Turn your Max Price down low, your Minimum Discount Percent up high, and cancel orders you don't want.

Discount Percentages are approximated, so give a 5% leeway for your target percent. If you are searching for products with a 70% discount, you might pick up one with a 69.285% discount.

Example of an Amazon Freebies setup (Will vary for each user's preference)

Freebies can be very competitive especially when running for 100% discounted items that only appear once in a while. Having an optimal setup will increase your chances at success.

  • Use ISP/DC proxies.

  • We recommend using a Server / Fast internet connection.

  • Leave “Enable Amazon Smile” off.

  • Prime is recommended, as orders under $25 will be charged shipping.

  • No monitor tasks required!

  • Teen accounts as all purchases by teen accounts must be approved by the respective parent account. This can be used to filter unwanted items however this is only an option and not required.

  • Once successfully setup you should get the status "Waiting for Monitor Pickup..".

Proxies

We recommend ISPs / DCs as they tend to be faster and more reliable than residential proxies. However residential proxies do work fine.

Max Price & Minimum Discount Percent

Running 100% discount you will have less chances of hitting valuable items.

Running 90% with a higher max price for example, $999 you have better chances of hitting those highly discounted items. Having a low max price like $1 can and will more likely catch undesirable items with the occasional “good” item for free.

Delays

Default delays are fine. The most important factor when checking out freebies is checkout speed. Monitor Delay: 3500

Error Delay: 3500

Extra Options

Enable Amazon Smile: Leave this option turned off.

Require FBA: This option will require items are shipped by Amazon and not shipped by a 3rd party seller. This is more of a personal preference.

Loop Checkouts: When enabled tasks will repeatedly attempt to checkout until out of stock. Tasks will also automatically go back to waiting for monitoring after succesfully checking out.

Error / Status Messages

Pickup!: You will see lots of pickup messages. Do not worry if you are not checking out, this is normal.

Error parsing price: Related to issues with Amazon not displaying all the correct information necessary to continue.

Error parsing payment method: Related to user’s default address/payment. If you're constantly facing this issue you can try to manually cart an item and go to checkout and click through any popups. Then place the order and cancel.

Payment Declined! Webhooks: These are not actual declines rather an out of stock error. You can run actual test checkouts on actual Amazon tasks to make sure your setup is correct.

Error redeeming Clip Coupon (400), Retrying: The coupon is invalid this could mean the seller stopped the promotion/reached the limit of usage or is no longer valid for that product.

Error Captcha at Login: This is usually an issue with your proxies being flagged from too many login attempts. Having dedicated proxy logins per account or logging in manually from the accounts tab can correct this.
