Playstation Direct Account Cookies

Always perform these steps in Incognito Mode. After logging in, do not log out or use the same browser session to log into another account. Instead, close the browser entirely and use a new Incognito window for each additional account login.

Logging in to Multiple Accounts

To avoid conflicts with multiple account logins, follow these steps:

1. Always use Incognito Mode when logging into a PlayStation Direct account.

2. After logging into one account, do not log out and attempt to log in to another account within the same browser session.

3. Instead, close the browser completely and open a new Incognito window to log in with another account.

You need the NPSSO cookie to establish account access. You can retrieve this cookie in two different ways:

Method 1: Using Sony API (Best Method)

1. Login into your account PlayStation Direct Login.

2. Go to the following URL: https://ca.account.sony.com/api/v1/ssocookie

3. Copy the npsso cookie value Account Access Token Field.

Method 2: Using "Edit This Cookie" Chrome Extension

If you must enable the extension to be used incognito before proceeding. Guide: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/13130396?hl=en

1. Open Chrome and click the three dots (⋮) at the top of a window or tab

2. Click Settings

3. Click Extensions

4. Find the extension you want to enable and click Details

5. Toggle on Allow in Incognito

   

1. Open an Incognito browser window.

2. Navigate to PlayStation Direct Login

3. Log in to your PlayStation Direct account.

4. Use the Edit This Cookie extension to find the cookie labeled npsso after logging in.

5. Copy the npsso cookie value and paste it into the Account Access Token Field.
