Yahoo IMAP Setup Guide

Step 1: Log into Your Yahoo Mail Account

  1. Visit Yahoo Mail and sign in with your credentials.

Step 2: Access Account Security Settings

  1. Navigate to the Yahoo Account Security page.

  2. Sign in again if prompted for verification.

  3. Under Account Security, look for the section labeled "Other ways to sign in".

Step 3: Generate an App Password

  1. Scroll to the App Passwords section.

  2. Click Generate app password.

  3. In the prompt, enter a name for the app (e.g., "Hayha IMAP") to label it, then click Generate.

  4. Copy the password displayed on the screen. This is your password for IMAP.
