How to setup IMAP

Setting up GMAIL IMAP

1. Open https://mail.google.com/ on a desktop browser and sign into the email that you will receive your Best Buy emails.

2. Go to your GMAIL click on the gear icon and click on "See all settings" -> "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" or use the link provided below.

Next click on "Enable IMAP" and click on "Save Changes".

3. After enabling IMAP, go to your profile icon and select "Manage your Google Account" -> "Security"

Step 3: Proceed to the Security section.

Next under the "Signing in to Google" section you must enable/turn on "2-Step Verification"

After enabling "2-Step Verification" you will proceed to "App passwords"

Then go to "Select app" and select "Other (Custom Name)" and name it anything you would like in this case we named it "Hayha".

Finally click on "Generate" to get your IMAP password.

Once you're done generating a password. You will be all set to use IMAP for Best Buy. Just copy the password and use it when formatting your Best Buy account.
