Amazon Error Codes
This table describes common error codes. Not all the solutions will help resolve your problems if you're still facing issues after troubleshooting please open a ticket in our Discord server.
Bad Status: 302
Sign up for Amazon Smile on the account and enable the Amazon Smile option on the task creator. This error could also mean your account is locked.
Error: 502 / Error: 503
The Amazon account is potentially soft-banned. Let the account rest. Sending too many Add to Cart requests from the account for longer periods of time can cause this.
Error With Request
Proxy issues, make sure they're working and remake tasks. Restart your machine if this problem continues.
Session Expired
Your Amazon account's session is no longer valid. We recommend logging in again through the "Accounts" section and using the login method "Sessions".
Error Captcha at Login, Retrying
The bot is attempting to login but Amazon is giving it a Captcha during the login process. We suggest logging in again through the "Accounts" section and using the login method "Sessions".
Error Account Defaults Not Set, Retrying
Make sure to set a default shipping address and payment method on the Amazon account since the bot will use that information to checkout. If you're still getting that error after setting a default shipping address and payment log out the session in the "Accounts" tab and re-login.
